What we can help with

• Corrections and out-of-date information. A discontinued product, a specification that has changed, a link that now goes nowhere. These go to the top of the pile.
• First-season gear questions. If a page did not answer your question, that is useful feedback about the page as much as it is a question — often the answer becomes a new section.
• Suggestions for what to cover. We would rather write the guide you actually searched for than guess.

What we cannot help with

• Warranty claims, returns or order problems. We are not a retailer and have no access to your order. Those go to whoever you bought from.
• Diagnosing a specific fault in your rig. We are not technicians, and guessing at an electrical or plumbing fault from a description would be irresponsible. An RV service center is the right call.
• Towing setup for your specific vehicle. Weight distribution and tongue weight have to be matched to your actual numbers by someone who can see the rig.
