The verdict
For a first season on grass and gravel pads, buy the standard kit and spend the difference on a hose support, which will improve your life far more. Buy the heavier version if you are out most weekends, if your hose gets dragged across gravel rather than laid down, or if you are living in the trailer for a season.

What the extra money buys
Wall thickness, and nothing else that matters day to day. The fittings are the same design, they connect the same way, and sections from either kit will join to sections from the other — which is genuinely useful, because it means you can buy one heavy section for the part that takes abuse and keep standard sections for the rest.
Where the heavier wall earns its keep is abrasion and puncture. If your routine involves dragging a full hose across a gravel pad to reach an awkwardly placed inlet, the standard hose will show it sooner. If your routine is laying it on grass in a support, it will not.
What the extra money does not buy
Better fittings. The collar where hose meets fitting is where these kits normally fail, and it is the same design on both. If fitting robustness is your specific concern, that is an argument for looking at a different manufacturer rather than a heavier hose from the same one.
It also does not buy easier handling. The heavier hose is stiffer, noticeably so in the cold, and that is a real daily cost against an occasional benefit.
Which one for you
First season, weekends, grass pads: standard. Put the difference toward the support.
Out most weekends, mixed surfaces: heavier. You will handle it enough for the abrasion resistance to pay back.
Living in the trailer for a season: heavier, without hesitating. Daily use is what wears these out.
Cold-weather camping: standard, for the flexibility. Stiff hose in freezing weather is genuinely unpleasant to handle.
Very limited storage space: standard, or one 10-foot section of either. Bulk is a real constraint and it is worth reading the storage options before you buy 20 feet of anything.
